Hotel 1110 - Adults Only

Amazing customer service. Perfect location to walk down town. Roof top bar was so cute and drinks did not disappoint. Breakfast the next morning on site was delicious. Definitely glad we found this hidden gem.

After an unusually warm and sunny day of whale-watching, I spent a lovely night at Hotel 1110 that included dinner and a cocktail at the LindaRose rooftop bar. In the morning, a made-to-ordee breakfast in a continental setting was perfect!

I’m going to keep this short & sweet! This is the cutest, historic hotel I’ve been in for quite awhile. Great prices, comfortable rooms, DELICIOUS plated breakfast included, rooftop restaurant & bar. I cannot describe how unique the decor is. Parking available &, even tho, it’s on a busy street…it’s quiet. Thumbs up for everything.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel 1110. I particularly enjoyed my very unique breakfast.

Location is walkable to many restaurants ( within 1-2 miles). Hotel is very charming and service is wonderful. Rooftop rest/bar. Is fun.

The front door key did not work well. There is no one at the front desk at night since so small and people going to the rooftop cafe went down my hallway to get upstairs. Did not feel as secure as other hotels. Nice view on the rooftop but a noisy street.

Shadi property, looks like a hostel. Did not stay there. I really do not know how Expedia has this place on their list.

I had high hopes for this hotel based on the website description, however, reality was a big disappointment. First, I found the hotel by searching for "beach-front hotels" in Monterey. Not only is this hotel not on the water, but it's located in a seedy area on a busy, noisy, street with vehicle exhaust fumes. The room itself was dirty and the sheets were synthetic with someone else's hair on them. Be aware that there is no air conditioning, and, in my room, no ventilation as the window had no screen and could not be opened more than a sliver. There was only a tiny, plastic fan offered for relief from the stifling temperatures. The room was dusty, sticky and tiny. The bathtub was a very out of date "jet tub" that looked like it was from a bad Vegas hotel from the 70's with a strange shower mechanism that only generated scalding water and should have come with instructions and pliers. All in all, due to the street noise, dust, dirt, cramped space, and asphyxiating heat, I checked out after one night to find a clean, ventilated room elsewhere. Please be aware that the owners/front desk people, who initially seemed nice, completely changed and became rude, defensive, unprofessional and charged me for a full stay siting their "refund policy" -- even though it only applies to advance cancellations. Clearly, had I known how awful this hotel was, I would never have booked in the first place. I have stayed in hotels all over the United States and abroad, including luxury hotels, and budget hotels and can say this was among the worst I've ever encountered. If you plan on visiting the area, do yourself a favor and spend a bit more to book another hotel. Rooms1.0Service1.0Location1.0

The staff are great!! Tony especially, is a phenomenal host. Provided excellent breakfast service and local recommendations. Did I mention the breakfasts?! So much thought put into the experience. 🤌 Cozy little rooms with nice style and retro-fun features. My wife and I enjoyed our honeymoon and will be back when we are in the area.

Hotel 1110 was Great. The optional parking was good. I enjoyed Room 305 that had a Jet streamed bath tub. The shower was Nice with so many options as you showered with a beautiful isn't fixture above that gave 2 color options White or a Soft Blue. The toilet had a heated seat options and a Frebch feature option. The "COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST" options were great. I chose the 2 Tacos with homemade tortillas and chorizo and avocado I didn't get eggs but it cones with it and fruit on the side. My husband chose the Lenon Ricotta Cheese pancake ms that came with fruit on top. He stated it was delicious. The unlimited refills on Orange juice, Coffee and tea was an option. The man with many Hats was AWSOME his name is Tony. He booked my reservation, once we arrived he came outside to greet us and show the parking options. Tony greeted us for breakfast and sat us at our table. Tony gracefully took our order. Tony served us our delicious food. We only stayed one day but it was worth it. Little things are important to definitely bring us back. Other expensive hotels offer complimentary breakfast which is usually cold and picked over and not much of a menu sane waffles you have to prepare. Meat is always cold and half cooked.
