Hotel 1110 - Adults Only

Very nice relaxing

This is a fun boutique hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. The rooftop restaurant/bar (with heaters) is great for a wonderful drink and a view of Monterey Bay!

A short walk to Fishermen’s Wharf and Cannery Row. The rooms are really dated and need a refresh. Rooms are tiny with mediocre beds. The manager, Tony was super friendly and accommodating. The roof top bar and restaurant is awesome. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Parking is a little tight in back.

We had an excellent stay. The room was cozy, clean, and quiet. The included breakfast in the morning was delicious! The staff was kind and helpful. A great value and a great find.

Building is ugly

My daughter and I enjoyed 3 nights at this hotel and while it’s not much to look at from the outside, we thought it was charming inside. The owner and manager were friendly and available. I feel like all the really low reviewers must not have stayed for breakfast which made the stay jump from very good to exceptional. The breakfast room is fancy and the presentation outstanding. I’m talking homemade popovers with jam, followed by lemon ricotta pancakes and fresh fruit and it’s included depending on the room you choose! We loved it. The location fit our needs for the trip well. We were a short drive from the aquarium, shopping, and hiking in Carmel. We also could walk across the street to a really nice beach area. A park with ducks and paddle boats is within a block as well. The room was small but clean and we were fine with it and had a really nice fan on the ceiling in our room (304) and the window opens for fresh air. My only complaint was they start work upstairs at the restaurant really early some mornings like 4:30 am and it sounded like moving furniture around- tables? But I didn’t hear it every morning that early and for the price for the area we would choose this hotel again.

From beginning to end, my stay was fantastic. From the incredibly friendly staff, the awesome rooftop bar and grill, the delicious breakfast, and the perfect location, this is by far my favorite place to stay in Monterey. I highly recommend

The hotel was clean and gave me a cozy speakeasy vibe. Free parking was just down the street, so didn’t have to walk very far. Was pretty quiet overall and had a nice jet tub in my room. The breakfast was outstanding! Service was friendly and attentive. Will be staying here again in the future.

Tony was an outstanding host! The rooftop dining experience was incredible as well as the breakfast that was included!! We will definitely be coming back recommending Hotel 1110 to our friends and family! The room was a little tight, but it made us feel like we were back in Europe! We loved it!
