The Bay Samui

The area is nice, the staff are kind and friendly. They didn't charge me yet... and we didnt stay. Room is okay.

The kitchen and restaurant so badly in disrepair completely unmanned,the decking needs redoing. The place needs a major refit and the staff hasn't been trained which is either a management or owner problem. The main pool was dirty the pool bar was non existent, the price is a total over charge, 300baht a night would be reasonable, if the site gets a major refurnished we would happily stay there. But right now its not in a good way at all. When we arrived my wife was unhappy then we saw the kitchens one messy and under equipped smelled badl, the restaurant didn't exist, the bathroom need a refit, its all just not good. So I took her some22where else to stay, then came back by about 6pm where the office was empty so I message the resorts what's app no answers so I let them know we won't stay and left the key in the key drop off wonder if they will complain i didnt pay because they couldnt take our payment when we arrived and no one answered my messages, haven't heard back from them.

Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb. Jedoch mit dem Roller gut machbar.

Die Lage, der Pool vor der Tür, das Personal ist super nett. Smart TV .

Die abgenutzte Wohnung, Abfluss verstopft bzw. Kein Wasser da. Dusche läuft nicht ab sondern überflutet das Bad. Die Unterkunft hat Potenzial nur typisch Thai lassen sie es verkommmen.

At man hadde en hytte for seg selv var veldig fint. Det var fint ved stranden, så beliggenheten var fin med tanke på naturen. Enkelt å parkere scooter.

Frokosten er mangelfull så vi endte med å kjøpe ting som skinke for å ha med oss. Det var ikke renhold på rommet de første dagene. Ikke varmt vann i dusjen. Hotellet ligger langt fra alt, så du er nødt til å ha scooter eller bruke en del på taxi.

Personnel incompétent. Les extérieurs à l' abondant . Le ménage n'est pas fait pendant plusieurs jours. Au qu'une propreté. Quand je suis arrivé piscine pas accessible. Et j'en passe.
