Sands Motel Niagara Falls

It was a decent hotel for what I paid for being 50$ but wish they had soaps they had the dispenser for soaps but they weren't filled other then that it was good for 2 bed hotel

Location and convenience of area plenty of shops and restaurants. It was a place to sleep. Management had to switch our rooms due to the card reader not working properly.

It was loud. Police were there ??? Maybe for the loud people???

Price got my attention and my booking. The front desk clerk was pleasant and helpful.

I saw no way to regulate the heat in room 110, it was much too hot. There is an animal above the ceiling that was very active and noisy. And, I'm sorry to say, bedbugs. Because of the temperature in the room I slept without a shirt and now have red welts on my shoulder, back and arm. I've dealt with bedbugs in the past and I recognize their work. I just pray that I didn't bring any of them home with me.

Price is affordable, Room was compact and organized but outdated. Cleanliness issues under the mattress. Essential amenities like shower gel, shampoo, and drinking water were missing. Noisy neighbors and unstable WiFi made for a restless night."

Rooms are so tiny, no vent in bathroom. humidity. no chairs..... Only we stay 3 days . no one else.

This place is very dirty and allergic, full of bedbugs

the owner was shouting and yelling at us. he tried to lock our things inside the room and he didnt want to open the room for us. we almost had to call the police. the room was freezing and he didnt want to give us blankets or turn on the heater. the worst experience in my life.
