Sands Motel Niagara Falls

The property badly needs renovation. However, some cleanliness and caretaking could help in making it a little bearable. There were even cobwebs by the front door. Towels were dirty. Cigarette smoke dominated the room odor.

Nice place quiet and cozy. The manager was very nice

It was really fine. There was not such a good reception of WIFI and there was also a smell of gas which was a bit unpleasant, but the service was overall kind. The room had a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and outlets in sufficient quantity and the air conditioning was good. There was hot water in the shower and overall it was spacious.

Spiders, mold in bathroom, no hot water, dry blue paint on bedspread. Need I say more!!!

Extremely dirty and the other people were loud all through the night

Fongus in bathroom,dirty towells and bed sheat . It was use dirty towell inside the shower .sticki floor, no seafty.

This is an average motel. I picked this as I didn’t see any other options. I don’t recommend this if others are available.
