The photos of the property presented on Hotels.com were not representative of the actual condition for the room in which we stayed. Walking into the room (102), there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke from previous occupants (there was plastic wrapped around the smoke detector, presumably placed there by the offending smokers). On the inside of the room's entry door there was graffiti written across the top of the door. The inside of the bathroom door was duck-taped to hide a hole punched into the door. The walls and wood trim of the room were dirty and stained. The HVAC unit did not look well maintained - we didn't even try to operate for fear that it had been years since the filter had been replaced and that it would cause the room to smell even worse. It was not possible to take a proper shower as the shower head was not properly plumbed (water would spray out of the fitting when the center knob was turned fully to the shower position).

The management and cleaning lady were rude and argumentative. We were accused of stealing a remote control that we never received at check in. The ice machine was slow and rickety. The maid lived there and got into a huge screaming match with a customer and he slapped her and she slammed the door. That was disturbing especially since the management lived on the premises and made no attempt to stop them. They pounded on our door 10 mins before check out so we could check out right away. We apologized and asked for 10 mins to get our things out. They threatened to keep our deposit. They frowned on service dogs and wouldn't allow him without a $100 deposit plus $50 for humans. What the heck man, they had me pegged so wrong. Finally after I schooled them on my rights and that I was protected by ADA. They said that they didn't allow animals. The law says that they have to and that they can't charge us extra because he counts as a family member and that I wasn't required to show any paperwork and that they couldn't ask for it. The stay itself was not great but it was doable. The mean staff is who made this horrible review possible.

The whole room was dirty, there was food under the bed, dry blood stains on the walls and behind the front door, dirty towels, dirty bathroom, there was a man going into a room with a prostitute, there were two suspicious men in the room next door and seemed to be on drugs the outside was littered with trash, parking is super cramped and over all did not feel safe with the door having a small lock honestly walked in looked around and just decided to leave and get my security deposit of $50 back and sleep in my car as far away from there as possible.

I’m from out of state, and I downloaded this app for this review specifically. First off ghetto doesn’t even describe the conditions of where this “motel” is located. Secondly, the Indian man at the window was so rude to me and my boyfriend. And before we even get to our room, a man and a very obvious prostitute go into a room together. When we got to our room I checked out the whole place in order from the bed to bathroom this is what I saw 1, dirty blankets 2, food left under the bed 3, filthy bathroom towels 4, disgusting toilet 5, dirty bathtub 6, blood on the wall behind the door Me and my boyfriend did NOT sleep at this brothel setup, we left not even 10 minutes into our stay. And while leaving two obvious gang members one leaving the room to “his” car and the second drugged out on the bed (the first man left the door open for all to see) DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YO CONTRACT SOME KIND OF DISEASE
