The staff was very unprofessional however, she tried to help. This place was pure filth. Carpet, walls, everything was run down and just disgusting. The tub wouldn’t drain. The kitchen sink didn’t work. The next morning, I discovered the window was unlocked and cracked open all night long. If we hadn’t been so exhausted from driving all day, I would’ve left. They never would refund my money either. DO NOT STAY HERE. ITS AWFUL!!!

Our room had a horrible smell- like moldy water. The carpet felt wet and slimy the whole week. There were stains on the couch and beds. There were scuffs all over the walls. The toilet overflowed and they finally brought us a plunger 2 hours after calling the first time- no help or cleanup just handed us the plunger and said call if that doesn't work. They have a kitchenette but no coffeemaker. I was not impressed.

Hotel personnel where very accommodating!

The place is dirty . The staff is nonexistent. The towels are just a little bigger than dish clothes. They have two shelters which provide shelter for the dope smokers and drug interactions. They have a party out there almost every night . Well past midnight a woman was banging on random windows wanting to fight someone . I would steer clear of this place.

I was late getting there. Strictly my fault. The Young lad that i had to call was very courteous, and helpful !!

Strong odor in room. Not enough Fabreeze on the planet can fix that one. Had my wife been with me it would have been a real problem with all the area hotels already booked.

The room was stained on the walls got bit by something in the bed. Had no coffee pot carpet was dirty. Would not stay there again. Front desk people were friendly that's all I can say nice about it other than it was close to restaurants.

Staff were very rude! The property was horrible the Hall ways smelled very bad, vending machines did not work plater peeling off all walls the room was not clean we had roaches in the room it was terrible!!!

The hotel staff was nice and pleasant. The hotel accommodations though were very limited. Nothing included within kitchenette area as little as dish soap and towels. The bath towels were the size of hand towels and only 2 small pillows were provided for a bed along with a pull out sofa.

The website stated that the hotels had recently been renovated, but this hotel was obviously missed. There was a weird smell as soon as we walked in. The towels were very dingy, and one had a huge wad of hair left on it. One of the televisions only had five working stations, we couldn't get the volume down or the TV to cut off. The other TV had only one station and it wouldn't cut off. There was a stain on one of the bed spreads and the other bed seemed to have a stain under the sheet. The couch looked like it had been there since the hotel opened, the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet. Glad we only stayed for one night. This should be next on the list for renovations. Front desk was pretty friendly, but I have never been to a hotel that had no one at the front desk when it was time to check-out. Wi-Fi worked good.
