InTown Suites Extended Stay Bowling Green KY

It was one of the worst places ive ever stayed at!!! In fact i didnt stay cause my wife said she was scared to stay there. So we left and got another hotel.

First off. We check in and go take our things to the room. No towels. No soap. No big deal. Went back to the office and asked for them. The bed was uncomfortable but we were only staying too nights and can’t expect miracles. Go to plug my phone charger into the outlet behind the night stand and there’s no cover plate over it which doesn’t really seem safe. Come back after being gone all day and the room hasn’t been cleaned. No fresh towels or new sheets. Trash not taken out. Nothing. The ac Unit leaked so much water that the carpet was completely soaking wet. And not only that but there was MOLD growing under the AC unit. And my girlfriend is extremely allergic to mold spores and has since developed hives from this. As we are cleaning up to leave we look up. And someone really must have needed those AA batteries from the smoke detector. Because the detector was hanging open with no batteries in it. Overall. Very disappointed. I’ve already emailed customer service with no response yet.

The check-in was easy, quick and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. But, sadly, things did not work. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work and there was no ice machine in a vending area to compensate. There were no creature comforts like Kleenex, nor a hair dryer. No one was on duty, so one just had to fend for themselves. The room smelled like smoke even though it was supposedly non-smoking. The location is convenient to eateries and the highway.

There are two blocks out of which one is good where the front office is located. The other block is very bad and stinking all the times Very poor maintainance Would never recommend this hotel

I loved the couch being a pull out bed and loved loved the kitchen.

The cable was not working told the lady that morning nothing was done had to go to the office. Moldy smell had to leave exhaust fan on all weekend. Dirty Comforter. Spots on couch and torn. Light above the bed didn't work. Black spots on wall. Curtain was tore. Cockroach in bathtub. Trash on stairs and hallway. Bad customer service

Where able to check in early and front desk was great but got to room and no water. Why didnt front desk say something when checking in. Also when checking out no one at desk so had to leave keys in room.

Run down, the toilet stayed clogged, luckily they did leave a plunger in the bathroom. Will never stay here again.

If you need to stay one night it's okay but longer than that not worth it.
