InTown Suites Extended Stay Bowling Green KY

The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly inviting and polite. The facility was nice and neat from the outside, but the inside of our room was in poor condition. There was a hole in the wall where the shower curtain rod was hanging. The kitchen table chairs didnt match. Muliple paint distress markings on walls. Other than needing a serious upgrade and maintance work, the stay was pleasant.

Rooms were horrible. Bedding was stained and rooms smelled very bad

I did NOT stay! The office closed at 7 PM. I was there at 7:15 PM. Manager would not honor the remaining 4 days when I talked with her when her office opened at 11 AM Saturday. So I was out $102 for Friday night at another motel. No one should do business with IN TOWN Suites. Your info was wrong!

No housekeeping, I think a least, depending each guest , do clean on the carpets once between the total stay. Im just think of that. Anything else suoer cool

The only thing nice about this property was that it was close to restaurants and convenience stores. The mattresses were bad, sink and mirror in bathroom was dirty. The floors squeaked badly in the hallway as well as in the room only one small garbage basket. Only a partial roll of TP. It was not a good deal for the price!

Was not able to check in office close at 7pm arrived late no after hour service. Had to find another hotel. Will never use this service again!!!!

It was nice, I liked the kitchenette. Staff was very friendly

There was a total lack of amenities. No coffee maker in the room, no hangers , just two plastic cups by the sink. Check in was slow and a hassle. Not very friendly. No morning breakfast or coffee. I would never go back no matter what the price was!
