"No check in possible after 7:00pm!"

Tried to check in at 7:30 pm just to find out there is no one available to check in past 7:00pm. If this info is posted in the hotel description, I missed it. There should be a very clear indicator on the hotels.com app letting people know that you have to check in before 7:00 pm

Clean rooms. Staff is very unproffesional. Stayed for a week on business. Payed for another week then was told we had to leave and come back in 6 hours because we had to be put in a different room, which was fine. Fifteen minutes later staff came back to room saying a housekeeper accused my wife of slandering her which was completely false. Told us they didnt believe us and
