Liberty Inn Old Saybrook

No frills at all. Plain and needed a lot of updating run down room

right next the freeway, a little noisy

Clean, quite , great customer service

The hotel's location right off I-95 is very convienent. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The only complaint was that the room has a musty smell. It's probably due to the windows being unoperable. Otherwise I have no complaints and would stay here again.

Ease of arrival and departure

Property is great

The location is perfect. It is right off the highway and close to everything we enjoy doing. The bed is very comfortable, and the room itself is neat and clean. We love staying at The Liberty Inn whenever we are in the area. The owner and staff are always very friendly.

There is not anything we did not like.

Staff were amiable and kind. Helped me with everything I needed. When a family illness prevented me from completing my stay from the two nights I booked and I had to leave early, through no fault of The Liberty Inn, I was still granted a partial refund for the second evening. That was very honorable.

Oh the only issue was the bathroom sink drain was slow to empty.

Everything was great as always
