Convenient and relatively inexpensive compared to the area

You could hear the noise from the highway making it difficult for a light sleeper to sleep

Only first floor rooms had two beds, so had to use second floor room. No elevator and steep stairs had only one rail. Hard for this senior citizen to use. Why not equip some first floor rooms with TWO beds????

Good location right off I 95. Clean room but a little dingy in decorating. Heating unit made noise.

It was convenient to be close to the show we went to see

Because of its location to I95 it was noisy with the traffic hard to get a good night’s sleep

I liked the owner who was kind and friendly. The heat worked great. The room was reasonably insulated from the noise of the traffic from the highways it accosts. It was reasonably close to where we had to visit. He asked us whether we wanted second or first floor room.

I liked the owner who was kind except when he told us 2 beds room was more expensive than a King then he called back and said he could give it to us. We essentially just left our bags there at that point but when we came back to unpack and settle in later that evening it was dusty, dirty and grimy and the carpet was spotted and looked dirty. I had to buy disinfectant wipes to clean every surface and the bathroom in which I saw medium long black hairs every day in the bathtub, coming from?? I went back to the owner to ask about the heater bulb in the bathroom because the switch did not work and looked disabled. He told me that it was disconnected, I'm not sure if he said in every room, but the bathroom was very cold. The price is not worth the room. It was also the second time we stayed there and we would have expected better service.

It's hard to make an older building truly clean, etc. The owners have done a great job with what they have.

The location is very convenient and easy to get to. We went to The Side Door Jazz club and it is only 15 minutes away. Great price, but outstanding for the area. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check out. We got several inches of snow overnight and they lent us a broom to clean off our car roof. We will definitely be staying here when coming to the area.

Nothing that we didn't like, just info for others to be aware of when staying during the off season/winter. There is no breakfast served, which makes sense when they are so slow. Room heat was not on when we arrived, so the room took a while to warm up. It is right next to I-95 and yes you do here the cars, but that is pretty standard for hotel right by an interstate. We found it to be more white noise than anything.
