Liberty Inn Old Saybrook

Everything was great. The man at the reception desk was welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable.

There was nothing I did not like

No breakfast was included - I asked. But shower was great...high flow and plenty of hot water. Bed was super comfortable too.

Was a bit close to highway, so roadway noise was present. But a nice relaxing setting overall...would stay again.

It was an older place, but it was clean and had everything that is needed. The office gentlemen was very accommodating.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional for the price. This was a clean, comfortable, wonderful hotel. We stayed one night on our way to Cape Cod. Excellent way to manage some of the summer Connecticut 95 traffic …the hotel seems to have been upgraded. It is spotless and extremely well maintained

Easy check-in and very friendly staff. Super clean, too.

Highway noise. Kinda unavoidable but it was prevalent. Noise app helped.

I liked that everything was what I expected. Simple check in. Comfortable beds. And service above and beyond. Given we left something behind and they were willing to mail it to us.

For the price, I do not think anything could have been better.

Cleanliness, staff, location, cost

No 1st floor rooms with 2 beds . Safety bar in tub so low that it is useless, creating a dangerous situation. An elderly person, I did not use tub/shower because it had no properly positioned bar. Relocate it ASAP.g
