المكان كان وسخ وفيه عفن واضح في الحمام، والأرضية غير نظيفة وفيها غبار حتى على السرير. طلبنا تنظيف، وما تم. ما كان فيه خصوصية أبداً: عامل النظافة دخل بدون استئذان. أيضاً، البلكونة ما كانت تقفل الفطور كان جيد

The Hotel rooms are spacious and nicely maintained , so are the common spaces. The approach road to the hotel is very steep , it's a difficult climb up specially if you are staying with elder persons, there is a pick up and drop service from the beach but if you have to go out it's a tough trekking everytime. So be careful about this , the beach is not very close from the hotel either. Surprisingly, some of the reception staffs are not very polite as one should expect in a premium hotel. As I was leaving early , I had requested for a breakfast packing for the next day , and it was 9.50 in the evening . The reception staff straight away refused with the excuse that I was 20 minutes late as they don't take orders after 9.30, citing the excuse that the kitchen is closed for next day breakfast orders. We were dining at the restaurant that night and the kitchen was fully operational. Such strictness for a small breakfast packing seemed very surprising and such avoidant attitude may not justify a premium hotel's standard of hospitality. The food was good and kitchen staffs were very polite . The ala carte dinner items were really tasty and buffert breakfast was also nice. As a whole , it was ok .

We had a wonderful time at Novotel Phuket. The view from our room was stunning as we could see the ocean from our balcony. The staff are super friendly and very helpful always smiling and even make the effort to learn your names. The food was delicious and there was a good variety to choose from. Had a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere which made it easy to unwind and enjoy some time away from home. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Being up on a hill away from the main road made it a nice quiet location.
