5/5 Stars – An Absolute Dream Team for Our Twilight Wedding! We recently had our twilight wedding at the Lea Marston Hotel, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. We initially met with Sam, who was lovely. She was relaxed, had an answer for all our questions, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Sam made the entire planning process look so easy, I don’t know how she does it! On the day itself, Carla and Abbie looked after us, and they were fantastic. Again, they were incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful. They kept everything running so smoothly that the whole day felt like an absolute breeze. Abbie truly went above and beyond, which didn't go unnoticed by our guests—several people actually came up to ask for her name because she was so brilliant! There was also a lovely girl working the bar whose name I unfortunately didn't catch (perhaps the Jack Daniel's took it from my memory! 😂), but again, she was a complete pro: friendly, accommodating, and made it look so effortless catering to us all. Our guests commented on how good she was, too. The entire team truly was a dream. We felt beyond confident that everything was being handled perfectly. A huge, huge thank you to all the staff. Lea Marston is a lovely place, and this team creates such a welcoming atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for a better day!

The hotel and rooms are very dated. The room we had was quite musty.

The complimentary drinks were lovely as it was my partners birthday. The plate with Happy Birthday in chocolate and cake was a nice surprise in the room. The room was huge, loads of space and had 2 televisions. Bed was amazing! Glad we had a room with air con. The treatment was lovely. All staff helpful and pleasant. The posh bar with cocktails was lovely to relax and have a drink. Could do with more cocktail options, very limited. Also for the price would expect fresh fruit in the pimps and cocktails. The pool was nice, shame we went when it began to get busy so only spent 45 minutes there. The bath and shower in the deluxe suite was amazing! Huge bath and shower water temp was the best for any hotel Ive stayed in and we've stayed in 5 stars.

When we entered the room it smelt badly of cigarette smoke, the last person must have smoked like a chimney, maybe staff could spray the rooms before the next customers enters. After getting ready the smelt went thankfully. Sadly for me the restaurant really let the place down. Although my partners food was to his satisfaction, mine was not. I never send food back but the Tikka was worse than a microwave meal at home. I had a pool of water in the bowled plate it was served in and no taste and the chicken was fatty and brown, like left over pieces no ones wants to eat. The lettuce on my starter had holes in and was brown. The cod in batter were hard to eat as the batter was over cooked. The staff were good on the bar and refunded me for my main. Also gave us a few drink to apologise. I didnt complain too much about the starter but I should have really for the prices. Be careful if you go outside from the pool as a golf ball came flying towards us and landed 6 feet away from us. We were expecting a relaxed sit down in the sun but soon left from that area. Only 1 small bottle of water in the fridge but two glasses. We really needed the second bottle in the morning when we realised, after a night in the bar. Didn't like there was no private room to get changed in in the changing room. Had to get changed in the toilet, which was not great. There was a thin single sheet hanging up you could change behind but wasn't very discreet, could easily be looked upon by passers-by.

Great breakfast, the dinner was tasty also. The room and bathroom was spacious and very clean.

Attended my daughters wedding excellent organised and professional from start to finish All staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make the happy couples day special A mention to Abby who was amazing and very hard working A big thank you to all will definitely be recommending your hotel in the future
