not to clean or comfortable

Staff was unwilling to help show us to our room. They were on their phones and we even caught them gossiping about us. Room wasn't clean and tv did not work.

The workers didn't seem to really be 'all there'. We asked if anything was open since we had been driving from WI and were starving and they giggled and said no. I googled it and found a Mc Donalds less than a mile away. We went there, came back and realized we recieved the wrong room key. My boyfriend ran down and took care of that. Finally in our room! Ready to shower and sleep! The bathroom door was broken off it's hinges. I called the desk and they said they would try to get me another room after they finished checking in their guest and I said ok and heard a click. That's the last I heard from her. We ended up just falling asleep in the cigarette burned bed we were given. Checkout was quick though. Only positive part of the stay.

Disgusting hotel. Stains on sheets, holes in carpet, etc. I could hardly sleep thinking of all the disgusting things in the room....:(

the bathroom was not clean, bed was not fix by 5:00 pm. Got back to room late and someone else was in the room. Tried telling the front desk but didn't do anything about it. Someone came back early morning trying to enter again, tried reporting it again but nothing again. Its unsafe, unclean and will not ever go back to that hotel.

Cheap and effective. Just a good place for a decent room.

The hotel itself was rather run down and the beds where quite uncomfortable

I wouldn't stay or recommended this place .....due to non refundable payments and deposit fees with reservations

Did not get to stay at my prepaid reservation, I wasn't allowed to check in because they knew I didn't have money in my card? What kind of policy is this. Obviously they're only out for the money. I feel robbed
