The rooms are nasty,everything broken, the manger Rude and don't do her job. I well never go back again,

Was very clean and relaxing and I would recommend it to anyone because I really enjoyed it here and I plan on coming back

Ok place. Room smelled a little musty. But mattress was very comfortable

Service at reception desk was performed by employees who acted as though they'd rather be someplace else and could care less about responding to customer questions and needs. Getting answers was and arduous task and felt like pulling teeth from a bored animal. I was not satisfied with the level of service provided. The bedcovers were not clean and one had obvious cigarette burned holes. Lighting fixtures did not all work. Maid service was adequate enough for me to leave a small tip each day. My stay was only slightly better than camping out in the wilderness. I will not be staying here in the future.

Overall good price for good accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again. Only bad was AC too noisy, fan hitting something..Loud tic tic tic through entire cycle.

You'd be better off spending an additional five dollars a night elsewhere. This is a potentially very good site, but the place has been let go and has management problems. First to clarify: the Super 8 and Travelodge are co-located in the same building, so reviews about the one should apply to the other. At 2 AM we were woken by a man banging on the door and shouting, 'SECURITY! OPEN UP." He might've been security, but not for sure since the exterior lock to the building is missing. With that, it's understandable they might want to confirm we were guests and not squatters, but better still would be installing a lock. The room itself was clean, but not the rest of the place. Graffiti in stairwells, stains and general dinginess prevailed. For the price we didn't expect much of a breakfast, but got even less. Coffee brewer wasn't working, no milk for cereal, and crowds around the only options of toast and the waffle machine. At least we weren't killed.

Now that I had very good stay Rodeway Inn of Page Az, I chose again same brand motel for next trip to Flagstaff but turnout to be nightmare. Receptionist was very arrogant, cell-like small room, no vent or window at bathroom. They also charged some $ 40 in addition to booked price. I'll appeal to Hotels.com later.

Was locked out the second night and had to get the card reprogrammed. The side door we were to use would not let us out one night either and had to use another door and walk around to the car. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. Had to go down to the front desk for clean towels the last night. Than they didn't have any hand towels clean so they gave an extra bath towel. The hallway and elevator also smelled of cigarette smoke. One night saw a guest smoking on the third floor out the window.

The glass door entrance made the place seem scary. It was completely shattered and dangerous to open the door. Plus the hairdryer was inoperable. Lastly there were no towels and it took the front desk three calls to bring us towels.
