Hotel Suisse

Location is great; we were given front balcony room which was fantastic; we did not order the breakfast the night before, so we eat somewhere else.

When we entered the room, there was a distinguished odor that was not pleasant.

Shower not hot. Luke warm.

Location was great, as for the rest, it was a terrible experience. The place has no business in being considered a hotel.

Kitchen smell kept migrating in our room and, the kitchen staff while preparing food nearly all night long made it impossible to sleep. No elevators and no help it taking the laggauge from the 3rd floor down at check out. After days of trying we managed to get another Hotel but unfortunately, it only eliminated one day from our misery.

PERFECT location in Bellagio. Right out the door and on the lake. No Stairs to climb to get to the hotel.

Dated units. Needs a refresh. This property could be SO.MUCH.MORE. Its like the hotel rooms are an after thought to the restaurant

Location was superb. However breakfast was not available but there were several restaurants within a few meters of the Albergo. No elevator. It was a long walk up to the 4th floor. People were great as was the menu at the restaurants.

Struggled with the stairs, but on the bright side, walking and stairs were very good for my overall health.
