فندق على البحيره مقابل للعباره اللي تجي من كومو وقريب من محطة الباصات اللي تودي لكومو دقيقتين مشي بس استقبل الفندق في نفس المطعم الموظفون كان اخلاقه حلوه بس كان فيه ازعاج خفيف وقت النوم الغرفه كانت نضيفه اعتقد ما عندهم مكيف لاننا جينا وقت البرد فما احتجنا مكيف

Localizado en pleno centro de Bellagio, la ubicación es inmejorable. Instalaciones cómodas y baño bien equipado.

Las habitaciones están en la parte superior de un restaurante por lo que hay bastante ruido. La cobertura en la habitación era mala, tal vez deberían valorar poner conexión wifi.

Lake view and the Main Street beautiful and very convenient location .

Honestly for me there was nothing not to like .

No tiene ascensor.

Perfect location in the center of all the action. Staff very friendly and wanted to make it right

room location with a "view' to all the garbage and high level of noise from the kitchen, with banging pots, bottles and loud staff conversations. Stained blanket, bedding/sheets are poor quality and floors are cleaned with chlorine which leaves strong unpleasant smell for a long time

The restaurant was good! However they tried to press us as Americans to tip. We’ve traveled quite a bit to Europe and this was definitely off putting! We felt the only reason they did so was because we’re American!

The hotel was lacking. The concierge was the hostess stand. The noise from the kitchen was very loud in the early morning hours and there was some sort of construction. It was very basic and not worth the money at all!

Excellent location, restaurant (both of them) were fantastic, our view was absolutely breathtaking & I would definitely stay again. View - tick, nice bathroom - tick, location - tick. Comfy bed - tick. Also it was very very clean! I read a couple of bad reviews before I booked but I didn’t agree at all, our experience was really good. Also saw lots of people dragging cases up steep busy Bellagio steps but not for this hotel! We were right on the front.

For the price & the star rating (which should be higher) I think we were lucky to find this. We got a taxi to Milan airport just to avoid any delays after getting here was quite busy on train and ferry.

It is more like a restaurant with rooms on upper floors, interesting setup, but cosy
