Hotel Best Semiramis

Well maintained hotel high up above waterfront. Excellent views and decent restaurants nearby. Food at hotel somewhat mediocre

Nicely renovated bigger hotel just a couple of minutes to walk to the center of Puerto. We had a nice stay in the room, heated pool and area. You have a great view and really rooms with a lot of space. You can hear the waves and ocean all night, we loved it, some people do not. The price-quality ratio is absolutely good.

Great hotel but the bar lets it down, could not buy a coffee in the Resturant

Clean , friendly staff , good location , good food. they could do better in using less plastic cups and vary in food but over all was nice stay.

Breakfast was great, staff were friendly but the hotel felt very understaffed. Room was clean, and big with an amazing view

Really disappointed in this experience I had a room on one floor of the ones downstairs in the hotel and the whole hallway and rooms smell old pipes and it feels like a really awkward sewer smell I don't know how they can give a five-star rating to a hotel like this that really looks like three-and-a-half or maximum four stars the hotel also has no heating and air conditioning service only because you use one of the two so if you are hot unfortunately there is no way to place air conditioning The internet is the worst service is very bad the food To tell the truth, it leaves a lot to be desired Without variety it only has a kind of buffet that is really bad And neither is it from a five star hotel Most of the staff is friendly but others are really rude specifically if something is reported that is wrong With respect to the location of the hotel and the views it has, the landscape is really beautiful, and the hotel rooms have a good view

Fantastic location & views....great value for money

I liked the different foods they had out for breakfast and it was delicious. What i I didn't like was the temperature of the hot tub and the heated pool, they were both not heated at all.

Food was good but not 5 star, Quite often the egs or fish was burned taste.

It is a great hotel that caters for everybody. The staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. Reception, bar, restaurant, housekeeping, spa - what a wonderful team! Definitely, highly recommend this hotel.
