Please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive after 18:00. Garage parking is available for CHF 35 per day. Please note that in the Grand Restaurant, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear a jacket and shirt (smart casual; no jeans). In the restaurants La Collina, The Basement and La Brezza Arosa, there is no dress code. Please note that extra beds are only available in suites. On gala evenings, including New Year’s Eve, a dinner jacket for gentlemen and elegant attire for ladies are required.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
