Nur schon der Empfang ist super professionell - Auto, Skier, Helme usw. werden untergebracht, man muss sich um nichts kümmern. Alle sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Und das Essen im Restaurant Grand ist unglaublich lecker. Dass es sogar ein veganes Menü gibt, ist unglaublich toll. Und das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch der Hammer. Und die Hauseigene Bahn auf den Berg hoch ist auch super. Wir sind nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier und wieder voll begeistert.

Der Kaffee könnte tatsächlich besser sein - sowohl jener im Restaurant wie jener auf dem Zimmer - System Nespresso, was ja gut wäre, aber es sind Kapseln aus einer Rösterei in Zizers, wirklich nicht fein ... Für Kinder sollte es Planschzeiten geben im Wellness-Bereich. Man kann sich nicht so schön entspannen, wenn Kinder rumschreien und rumrennen ..

So you can go up directly to the slope from the hotel The wellness area is very nice. Thermal pools, big sauna area. Was nice. We were at the La Brezza Restaurant in the house. The Pastry Chef there is a genius. Best desserts we ever had. They have an amazing wine selection too. The staff is just super friendly and helpful. They are always available to help.

Only very minor items, these things are very small: * When we left we did not get asked if we wanted some bottle of water for the ride. Hotels like the Bürgenstock do that. * During Turndown in the room the minibar was not refilled. * The breakfast buffet is GOOD but not exceptional.
