Hotel Bellerive

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel Bellerive. We are a family of four, parents and two young adults, and had three rooms. From the minute we arrived at the train station until we departed everything was beyond our expectations. The shuttle from the hotel picked us up within five minutes of our call and when we arrived at the hotel Katja and her husband Mario warmly greeted us. The front desk staff and the breakfast service were incredibly nice, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful and as coffee drinkers we very much indulge in coffee and there were so many options to try and enjoy. Our rooms were extremely clean, very stylish and overall perfectly comfortable. The Sunnegga gondola station is exactly a CHF 20 taxi ride and we elected to take a taxi every morning to ski. The young adults walked back to the hotel after skiing and apre ski. This was our first time to Zermatt, so I don't have a point of reference, but I'm not sure you will find a nicer or better place to stay. I think the highest rating you can give to a property is if you were to return to the same location would you stay there again or try someplace new. In our case, we were most definitely not look any further and stay at the Hotel Bellerive again. I said that Katja was the first to greet us at the hotel when we arrive she also came outside to thank us and wish us a safe journey as we waited for the hotel shuttle to take us back to the train station. This was the culmination of a wonderful stay.

Amazing hotel to stay at Zermatt. The room we were upgraded to was out of a magazine. Great breakfast options and spa is amazing to unwind after a day of snowboarding. Staff were very helpful and a great guide to the area.

Komfortables, neues Zimmer mit bester Aussicht auf das Matterhorn. Frühstücksbuffet ein Traum und das Personal super freundlich - alles sehr familiär und sehr herzlich!

The staff was ready to help with everything and anything we needed. The hotel room had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is a must.

Das Frühstück war absolut top. Sehr viel Auswahl und lecker. Schöne, saubere Zimmer, gute Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Wir wurden vom Bahnhof abgeholt und wieder hingebracht, top!

Im Zimmer hat man morgens teilweise schon Geräusche aus anderen Zimmern gehört. Nicht sehr angenehm, wenn man schnell aufwacht.

Nice hotel, totally refurbished, absolutely friendly staff, great and rich breakfast. Just about a minute away you can have a great view of the famous Matterhorn (in case of good weather)
