Zimmer am ersten Tag zu kalt, es wurde ein Heißlüfter bereigestellt. Am nächsten Tag war es gut.

Super friendly service, location, beautiful settings…

My wife and I booked this hotel for our honeymoon, not knowing just how great of a decision we had made. The hotel- nicest we've ever stayed in, the hospitality of the employees- impeccable, the spa- immaculate, the breakfast- best one we've ever had. The staff was so kind and personable and drove us to and from the train station with our luggage on our timeline. They helped coordinate reservations for us and gave us amazing hiking recommendations. The breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice, local cheeses, meats, overnight oats, omelettes, avocado, smoked salmon, local jams, fresh breads, fruits, all manner of coffee and pretty much everything else you could imagine having. I would also highly recommend the back to nature package as well as they gift you a backpack full of yummy bread, meat and cheese as well as a bottle of wine, you get a very nice three course meal, and free drinks one night! An added surprise was free ready made sandwiches and fruits in the lobby that we used often for lunches in zermatt! If we are lucky enough to come back, we will definitely be staying here again!

共住了3晚，到spa使用過的浴袍沒換新，第二天及第三天用的浴袍是濕的，ㄧ切都很滿意，如果這點能改善就太好了。

All was excellent! We really appreciated the excellent treatment. The place is astonishing, with incredible views of the Matterhorn. The hotel and rooms are perfect, and the breakfast is superb. But the best part is the staff, world class all the way! We thank them for the wonderful experience.

Amazing views and cozy appearance! Included Breakfast was delicious! Sky lights were a nice touch.

Bed was very uncomfortable and room was hot. Poorly lit.

Hotel Bellerive nás naprosto nadchl. Od prvního okamžiku jsme se cítili vítaní – personál byl mimořádně milý, vstřícný a ochotný. Poloha hotelu je ideální, všude blízko a přitom klidné prostředí s krásným výhledem na hory. Jídlo bylo vynikající, čerstvé a s výborným výběrem. Celkově jsme byli maximálně spokojeni a určitě se sem rádi vrátíme.

I could not be happier with our stay at this hotel! We had two rooms, one with the Matterhorn view! Absolutely stunning! The staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful in every way!!
