La habitacion podria ser un poquito mas calida (hacia mas calor en el pasillo que en la habitacion) La piscina del spa también debería ser algo mas calida

The reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful with our questions. The food offered in the restaurant is generally quite nice, sushi in particular was delicious given the location. The ski rental was conveniently located in the hotel.

Overall, we felt that the level of service did not meet the expectations typically associated with a five-star hotel. Upon arrival, there was no introduction to the property or its facilities. We had to ask for basic information individually—such as the location of restaurants, ski lift access, return transportation, and dinner times. Communication was another challenge. A number of staff members, particularly within the restaurant team, spoke limited English, making it difficult at times to convey our needs. On one occasion, we requested the dessert menu and waited several minutes, only to be presented with the bill instead. Some staff also appeared inattentive. During the New Year’s Eve gala, a waitress handing out appetisers skipped our group entirely. While we recognise that the staff may have been overworked, as guests paying peak-season rates, we would reasonably expect a consistently high standard of service.

The staff is great, the hotel location is perfect for skiing and the cleaners do a good job

Old rooms with old very soft madras, not very well insulated so room felt cold. Not impressed by the quality of food offered in the restaurants or room service
