Eurostars La Pleta

Todo estuvo muy bien. El personal es excelente y siempre súper predispuesto a ayudar. Queremos destacar especialmente a Ian y Joan, aunque la verdad es que todo el equipo fue increíble, aun sin saber los nombres de todos. Sin dudas, un lugar al que volveríamos.

L’accueil était très agréable, le petit déjeuner copieux, le service impeccable et la chambre confortable et bien entretenue.

Le service de navette : ils sont rapides pour nous déposer, mais pour venir nous récupérer, nous avons attendu plus de 30 minutes chaques jours.

Volem deixar clar que NO son queixes, sino SUGGERIMENTS: - Feia molta calor a l’habitació i no podies regular la temperatura - A l’habitacio no hi ha penjadors habilitats per poder deixar la roba humida d’esquiar (pantalons, anorac) - Estaria bé disposar d’aigua potable per beure a l’habitacio sense cost afegit - La persona encarregada de la sala de menjar del vespre tenia algunes mancances, en la informació que proporcionava i en el tracte

The staff were exceptional, even when the hotel got super busy. No extra charge for Spa use. Very attentive with transfers up to the ski lift. Concierge was excellent. Nice little extras like sweets in the room, popcorn at apre, Commentary welcome drink etc.

It’s a dated hotel - which normally we wouldn’t care about but they couldn’t turn the in floor heat off.. so it was too hot to sleep. We also had a small queen bed - which again, normally is fine if it’s comfortable, but this bed was not- way too springy with a hard ring around the top. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was to use the Jacuzzi which was of course not working.

Gorgeous space. The inside of the hotel has to be beautiful ~ it is on a switchback and there is no outdoor area. Just in front of the hotel are a bunch of recycling bins which are ugly. The staff and service was excellent. Breakfast amazing. The room was too hot; the bed was pretty hard. Thankfully had good pillows. Overall I liked my stay. I wish I could have slept better.

We have just enjoyed 4 nights at Eurostars La Pleta and had a fantastic trip, we have stayed in a few other hotels in the local area but haven’t been particularly impressed, well Eurostars was a breath of fresh air! Wow the hotel is beautiful. All the staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English, our room was really lovely with beautiful views of the mountains. It was clean and quiet and we loved the fresh water and treats left in our room every afternoon! We had a balcony with chairs which was great but the only thing missing was a little side table for drinks outside? The ski staff were great and helped us with all our gear, and being able to just jump into a shuttle when we are ready to go and two minutes later be at the ski lift is just an absolute winner. The breakfast is amazing , literally everything you could want and set you up for a good day of skiing. The communal areas are so cosy with an open fire and comfy sofas. We are already planning dates for a trip back next year!

This hotel is perfectly located near the ski lift. Hotel provide a handy on demand shuttle bus up the hill which takes 2 mins and the same for getting back. We opted for half board and glad we did. The food is amazing. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Wil definitely be back.

The hotel offers you a best-price guarantee. I had an online chat beforehand as I'd found it cheaper elsewhere but they told me to book through them and claim it back which I tried! The hotel isn't easy to find as the directions take you to their apartments. The staff were wonderful, every single one of them. The hotel is nice although quite secluded. It was very quiet when we were there so there wasn't a lot of atmosphere. Only two restaurants were open but the Mediterranean was nice with a good menu. The ski room is well equipped. Boots are dried in the evening and then turned off so they're not warm in the morning although they do help you with your boots. The shuttle bus is great and will drop you off and pick you up whenever you want. The pool is free but the spa costs an additional 25€ per person per day. The room was lovely and quiet. After the trip, I attempted to execute the best price guarantee. They used every trick to try not to pay this despite sending numerous screenshots. I found the emails abrupt and rude but that may be a translation issue. I've tried three times to get an email and name of someone I can speak to about this but all requests have been ignored so my advice is to book through a booking agent! Shame about the after sales service. My score would have been higher had it not been for that.

Fantastic level of service across the board from desk, dining and ski room. Great location for access to skiing. A rethink of the downstairs area would free up more space for a bar area - quite a lot of the downstairs space wasn't used much, if at all, by guests.
