Eurostars La Pleta

We had a dreamy week , they were so helping to go ski always on time and helping. We had nothing to do :). Dinners were delicious, the sushi bar is a bless and the whole menu is amazing. They are all so nice especially the nanny who looked after our 9 months old!! And also the rooms are very comfy and luxurious!! Ohhhh and the warm and so beautiful swimming pool and Jacouzi. God !! Take me backkkkk

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, as a family of 4 including 2 young children, on half board. We stayed in the family duplex room. The room is of decent size although not that big (and more 4 stars level than 5 stars). Overall good hotel, nice pool/spa area and nice restaurants. Staff very kind and assisting. Note that you will need a car for basically anything you want to do outside the hotel. However for a 5* hotel & 5* cost (600€ a night), it is a shame that some things like mineral water or a simple coffee machine or tea are not featured in the room. If you want a coffee or tea in the room you have to order room service which is charged at full price rate, including the room service surcharge. This is shameful for a hotel of this standing and prices, and when querying to be told that in room coffee machines are only for suites...

Dear All, Thank you to all "LA PLETA Hotel" Staff for being so nice with us during our last stay. It is a very quiet hotel and we were treated very friendly during our stay. Hotel is close to the ski lifts thanks to the hotel shuttle that get's you up there in 3 minutes. Strongly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at La Pleta with my family and friends. Excellent duplex family room, great all round service, cosy swimming pool, good spa and massage service, play area for kids, quality restaurants. Best option in Baqueira. A must go!

Have stayed at la pleta various times. Absolutely outstanding. A must visit! Great restaurants, best location close to ski lift, quality spa with pool, sauna, steam and overall kind and helpful staff. Excellent!

We booked this Hotel for a family ski holiday and i have to say that this Hotel is probably one of the best that we have stayed in, it may be a bit expensive but worth every penny. The staff ( i can't praise them enough, they are fantastic) and attention to detail is amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Even helping with taking ski boots off and putting equipment away in the lockers. I thought that this was because i am getting on a bit ( 70 but still skiing ) but no they help everyone. In the main Restaurant my wife and daughter in law requested leg of lamb which was not on the menu and on our last evening they got a whole leg of lamb each ( small) but cooked to perfection. The whole atmosphere is like a very friendly party . We will be back.

Having been to Baqueira before, this was the first time we stayed at this hotel and we were charmed. Service was very kind and helpful at the restaurant and the ski locker/shuttle staff were 5 stars, always trying their best to take you to the slopes in time and helping out at the lockers. All in all a fantastic experience.

WiFi service needs improving. It seems that the system cannot cope with the number of connections. Also, WiFi suffers from poor connection in some rooms. These days each person uses multiple and speedy connection is important.

La chambre qui nous avez été attribuée n'avait qu'un seul vélux dans le toit bloqué par 80 cm de neige , résultat on s'est trouvé dans le noir. Le changement de chambre a été possible et rapide. On peut craindre que les clients qui passent par une agence et non pas directement par l'hôtel aient une chambre de moindre confort ...
