Good hotel with everything close by! Room was clean. Breakfast was okay.

Hotel mit Charme und Geschichte. Fenster halten gegen aussen den Lärm dicht, jedoch sind intern die Zimmer nicht schalldicht. Frühstück reichhaltig, Cappucino gibt es nicht von der Maschine.Deutsch wird an der Reception nur von einer Person gesprochen. Nahe Zentrum , sehr gute Lage mit schöner Terrasse.

Wonderful hotel perfectly located and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. I thought that the room was very nice and I slept well. We really enjoyed the stay. We’re very happy that we chose to stay at the Hotel Krebs.

Amazing location - Amazing staff - Amazing room!

Excellent stay with great staff all around, very well appointed and spacious rooms. Diner was excellent while the breakfast could use a bit more variety such as some non dairy options and efforts to keep the food hot. But overall a wonderful hotel highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel near the Interlaken West train station. Nice sitting lobby. Good breakfast. Excellent, clean room with lots of amenities. Very comfortable!

Very convenient and good location Small room but rather clean Many hotel rules & possible fines (easy to comply with) Not yet a 4-star hotel. It says on its door that 4 star 2027 (I reckon the four star rating could be the aspiration for them to achieve in 2 years time)

I highly recommend this hotel to stay at Interlaken. The staff is super kind and the location is very convenient, very close to the train station and in the city town, so you can use it to move from here to other places like Grindelwald. Also, hotel includes breakfast of good quality considering Switzerland Is very expensive.
