Warm welcome and very comfy beds

Great location close to railway station and buses. Staff were great and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Everyone @ the hotel was so accommodating & friendly. Pami was especially helpful with recommendations & made us feel very welcome. We anticipate a return trip in the future.

The staff is amazing! Christina and Pami were extremely helpful, kind, welcoming, and pleasant! The cleaning lady was also lovely and efficient. Everything top notch. They provided toiletries, slippers, waters, coffee and fridge in room. The hotel itself is historic, yet all the modern conveniences. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to train station. We highly recommend!

I rarely write poor reviews. I usually read them and find that people are complaining for minimal reasons. However, I felt the need to write this review. I had 3 rooms for two days at Hotel Kreb. Location was good. Rooms were decent. However, two of the rooms had problems with the showers. Two showers would not work. One shower had parts of the shower fall apart and land on me when I was showering from the shower head. One would not work at all. When we asked for support at the front desk (and we literally had to get out of the shower and go to the lobby) I was told there was nothing they could do and that they were happy to offer me another towel. I didn't need a towel ... I needed a shower. The tub would not drain. The towel heater leaked water all over the floor. My sister almost fell on the floor. When we told them they said "oh sorry....that is too bad." None of the outlets would work with my European appliances. I asked if they would consider doing anything for compensation and was told "no". We had concierge support that gave us incorrect information. Overall... not a wow for service but the hotel was decent. I let them know at the front desk that I was would be writing this review and they said "okay." The service was provided by Kristina.

Me gusto mucho. Muy cerca de tiendas y a dos minutos del tren. La habitación con decoración antique pero muy acogedora. Los empleados muy amable. Volveria a escogerlos.
