Nice, historic looking hotel, very close to Interlaken West train station. Rooms were nice and staff were friendly. Restaurant and bar area felt a bit dated.

The hotel is close to Interlaken West train station and plenty of restaurant, supermarket, self serve laundromat nearby. The room is comfortable and well equipped as well. Internet speed is good and staffs are very friendly and helpful

"Great Lady Has Stood the Test of Time"

This Grand Dame has a few wrinkles, but she's a true gem! Such a lovely hotel with a wonderful staff. Lots of amenities in the room. So close to everything you want to see and do in Interlaken. The added treat of a restaurant serving Swiss fondue made our stay perfect.

Great hotel. Very convenient to both train stations. Right in the center of town but very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again
