Asterias Village Resort

We stayed for 2 weeks at the Asterias Village Resort what a fabulous place to stay We were bed and breakfast as we like eating out spoiled for choice with Tavernas food amazing… I had read so much about the massage so I treated myself ….I had a massage it was so good I booked another one this was done by Michael …. Mautilus Spa what a great guy and so good at his job ….so don’t hesitate you must go and meet him and definitely book one

The pool space is great with plenty of sun loungers, bean bags etc for all. Staff are very welcoming shout out to Sofia in kids club. You absolutely must get a massage from Michael! You'll feel like your on a cloud of sunshine after really great massages I went twice! Lots of incredible restaurants within a 5 mins of the hotel

We have just returned from a week at Asterias Village - my husband and I and our 17 year old daughter. It was our first time as a family in Greece not on an All Inclusive holiday (something we did for many years given the facilities for our daughter) and we had THE BEST time! Asterias Village is a really nice hotel; a very chilled out vibe and as others have mentioned, a really nice mix of areas to hang out around the pool. We were on a B&B basis which worked perfectly for us as the brekkie met all our needs (it's pretty much the same each day, but it's breakfast so that was fine with us and there was plenty of choice!) and we had a sea view apartment which gave the three of us plenty of space. All the staff we met were lovely and the area is great - so many lovely places to go and eat or just have a drink. I rarely ever go back to the same place twice but seeing as next summer will be our last holiday as a family before our daughter goes to uni, we're already considering a return visit!

Vi stayed here for 5 days, and when we just arrived we were met with a complimentary upgrade of our room. Ending up with the loveliest room (room 4, a superior double room) Very spacious and very neatly decorated with plenty of storage space. AND With a balcony viewing the pool area and ocean as well. The pool has really wonderful opportunities for different sunbeds with possibility for sun or shade after preference. And it wasn’t really a big problem with other guest “reserving” them with their towels. Of course some of the other guest did it, even though the hotel ask them not too, but luckily there’s many really good quality sunbeds at this hotel, if you are not an early bird. The pool bar has a good variety of drinks and ice cream etc. (We drank a lot of pina coladas, and can definitely recommend). We ate lunch by the pool every day, and many of the portions are easily shareable. The breakfast buffet had good variety’s of food, and we really appreciated that they also had whole grain bread. The staff was very kind and helpful, and made us feel really welcome - and we especially enjoyed the “evening bartender”. He just had a great energy. And even though the pool “closes” at 7 pm, the pool bar is open until 2am, and it’s a very cozy place to hang out with a drink or play games. There’s also a small supermarket just up the stairs, for buying water etc. for the room. The small town where the hotel is located has many cute shops and restaurants, and all the restaurants we visited for dinner was good, and had beautiful views over the ocean. And the small hill streets are just very cozy to walk in. The hotel also offers a free shuttlebus to Hersonissos with restaurants by the harbor and more shops. In Hersonissos they (the shops and restaurants) are more persistent with the turist, but there are great views, and we ended up at a restaurant with seating all the way down on the water, that served really good quality food (and not just a turist trap). We could definitely see us selves going back to Asterias Village again. It was just a really beautiful and relaxing experience.

Just spent 2 weeks at the amazing Asterias Village. Wonderful accomodation, great breakfasts and friendly helpful staff. Top marks to Michael at Nautilus spa - booking a deep tissue massage is a must -so good I did it twice! A fabulous holiday.

We cannot think of a single negative. Staff, from cleaning to managers are all exceptional. Very professional and will go out of their way to help, extra pillows or whatever we asked for, we got straight away. Food service and quality is excellent. Rooms were clean and everything in good order. Comfortable beds, and loved the AC, I turned it down to very cold, which is what I like. Great views, but it is on a hill with steps. Struggled carrying the heavy suitcases down the stairs upon arrival, didn't realise I could have asked staff to 'drive' it down for me. Had wonderful head to toe massages from Michael (Nautilus Spa), highly recommended to de stress. Lots of shops and quaint restaurants within walking distance. Best of all, quiet and respectful ambiance, for those who want to get away and relax.

Les extérieurs sont top, piscine, transats, tout est super, l'emplacement de l hôtel est super aussi, les chambres sont grandes mais salle de bain un peu vétuste... dommage pour un 4 étoiles

Nothing to complain about, great mangers, especially Minas. Amazing soul, so very helpful and polite. Great breakfast, fairly quiet music in the background.

Me and my husband are here now, this is are second time. We are in the superior rooms and they are lovely. The staff are really nice. The hotel has upgraded so much since are last visit it is amazing the pool area is lovely. Outside the hotel are plenty of restaurants and tavernas and bars. The hotel is very clean and we have already booked for next June. Jackie and David jones x

We stayed at the asterias village for 10 night. We had a run down apartment which wasn't great so Saturday morning we upgraded to one of the suites, glad we did and different level to the small one we stayed in on our arrival on Friday night. The food and drinks around the pool and the pool itself were fabulous but you do need to get your towel on the loungers early though, not quite enough to go around considering the amount of guests they have staying. We went half board which meant our evening meals were at the Oliva restaurant adjoining the resort. We had our one and only meal there, it wasn't the best meal so we opted to go to other tavernas during our stay instead. The other tavernas had a lot more choice and more greek dishes. I rate the other tavernas on the strip over Oliva. I would recommend Sita restaurant. We had a few meals there and the food was excellent. I want to make a special mention to 'magic' mike at the Nautilus spa on the resort ground who was fantastic, me and my wife had 2 massages each and would highly recommend going which made our stay very special.
