A Small Hotel

Great hotel on a street with tons of restaurants and bars. The room and the bathroom were big and really nice. Will definitely be staying here if I am ever back in Rotterdam.

This is a hotel with a digital reception - so you get all the info and key codes by mail and may not see anyone in the hotel. So the "guest" experience is not very personal but it all worked very efficiently and we had no trouble getting in and finding our room. The room itself was at the back of the hotel so nice and quiet, it was a spacious and pleasant room with a super-comfortable coco-mat bed. There are some snacks drinks and coffee and tea in the room - all of these are included in the price. We were very satisfied with out stay. We didn't opt for the breakfast which is extran and can be ordered and served in the room ..

A Small Hotel in Rotterdam is indeed small - just two rooms on three floors - but the rooms were enormous, by general standards in Holland. A particular bonus was two very comfortable armchairs and a refrigerator with complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks. A Nespresso machine with capsules is also supplied. The location is perfect on Witte de With Straat, 10 mins to the station or down to Veerhaven on the river, 15 to the new Central Market - fabulous on a Saturday. The hotel is very central - we walked everywhere. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel

Everything said in the headline. Except: it is directly on a very nice street, with lots of Bars and Restaurants (avoid the NRC for breakfast, just read my review ;). And it is amazingly quite in the rooms. Things to think of: Parking on the street is expensive, same goes obviously for a parking garage nearby.

Like a service apartment, just collect keys in the mailbox and hola check into your room. Easy and convenient . A small hotel but room was spacious, the bed linen and pillows was excellent. Come with mini bar too which included in your room charges. Check out is as easy as checking in too. No hassles. Not for old couples with big heavy luggages. Suitable for young couples with light baggages. The hotel area are surrounded by nice drinking places and restaurants. Another option for hassle free travelers.

First, I really appreciated the contact with the manager of the hotel. Really helpful and nice. And I got into the room, after 45 steps with my luggage, and I loved the room. The facilities (bathrobe, expresso machine, kettle, telly..) And then I saw some things I didn't like. The paint coming off the wall, pieces of the sofa that was going in pieces, the dust everywhere ! The floor that wasn't cleaned up properly. The breakfast delivered and no, I didn't like it. 15Eur for some bread rolls rapped in plastic, croissant, boiled egg... I thought it was way too much. It seems to have been really nice some time ago, but it would need proper cleaning, and proper renovating. Brilliant location, though (3min walk from museum, and the street is full of life).

A Small Hotel is a real gem. Fabulous rooms, comfy beds, brilliant pillows. Zen One is the best room, very spacious, with room for entertaining friends, even! And location wise, the hotel is on the best street in Rotterdam. We will go back again and again.

Couldn't fault it. A failure of mine to take any of the information didn't lead to any problems as they were so helpful too. Very much recommended, coco one was the room I stayed in. Nice place to stay after the comparative chaos of Amsterdam.

This was a wonderful hotel. I had only planned to stay one night. Because of the kindness and helpfulness of staff and nice accomadations, I stayed an extra night

I really enjoyed staying at "A Small Hotel". Fantastic location, extremely comfortable bed. The room very stylishly decorated and well finished. A lovely touch is the complimentary Nespresso coffee and snacks. A great experience and I will certainly return.
