Beautiful, quiet and cosy place, close to main beach and not so far from old town. Great staff, clean rooms, cute swimming pool, good breakfast and of course very attentive and helpful owner Chris. Me and and my girlfriend had spent amazing 7 days with Chris and other staff. Hopefully we will come back again soon. I strongly recommend hotel Italy for your holiday and stay in Nessebar.

"Room with sea view without sea view."

I ordered room with sea view, but got room with viwe to backyard. When I asked room from hotel owner, he said, that I made reservation too late. Sea view rooms were already reserved. Cheated feeling. Not possible in Finland. Otherwise room, service and district were excellent.

Chris the owner was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Hotel Italia was close to all amenities with just a short walk to the beach and Old Nessebar. This hotel was recommended to us and I highly recommend it to others.

"Worst hotel experience ever and I've been at 100s"

Worst hotel experience ever! This hotel is a scam and its owner is a con artist. Overbooked then escorted me to a nearby dump that was full of unhealthy mold and mildew. They don't even have rooms that are nearly as nice as the one described. They are very small with uncomfortable beds. No sea view. Dirty bathroom. Bed smells like smoke. Balcony too small for a chair. A complete rip off. The owner is obnoxious and a liar. Location is good if you're walking but horrible if driving because of narrow 1-way streets. Breakfast is OK. Coffee is excellent but not worth 100+ euros/night. I strongly advise against staying here.
