Hotel Italia Nessebar

The best hotel we have ever stayed in. We are lost for words to describe this hotel. The level of service is excellent, likewise for location. Chris and Katie are excellent hosts. The only thing to remember is to shut the window at night., as the seagulls will give you a very early morning alarm call. Not the hotels fault. After all it is beside the sea...

Visit to Nessebar in off season, with few hotels and shops open. But Hotel Italia was close to the old town and a good base to visit churches and sites. Very accommodating staffs.

originaly had planned big hotel in Sofia, then read reviews about Nessebar and especially Hotel Italy, small family run,and made best decision ever

This is one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed in - not because it is fancy (it's not), but because the service was incredible. The owners of the hotel really make you feel like you are apart of their family. The rooms are basic - but really clean and perfectly adequate. The breakfast was great. The pool was really relaxing, but the owners are the hallmark of this hotel. They really could not have been any nicer. One afternoon as all of the guests returned to the hotel one of the owners offered everyone a snack of fresh crab that was caught on the Black Sea that morning. The little extras like that make this hotel feel like less of a hotel and more of a home away from home. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Owner very helpful and always wanted to make sure that we were happy and didn't need anything. Room clean and tidy although the bed definitely dominated the room! Breakfast by the pool each morning - good selection of food. Parking is on the street/pavement however.

very nice, central location, nice manager. only bad is room was a bit dated, but still quite fine.

Owner very helpful and courteous,very good buffet breakfast.Comfortable room with big circular bed, and a mini bar in the fridge,free wi fi. Toilet and shower perfectly adaquate and clean.If you have a car phone in advance to arrange free parking Pool on site looked nice but we only stayed for one night and did not use..Overall very positive and would recommend.
