There is a group of apartments that has terraces: - Fate (39 ft²) - Miramare (39 ft²) - Cirico (72 ft² - private courtyard) With balcony - Sirene: a balcony fitted with a small bar and 2 chairs (more comfortable for breakfast) The other apartments : - Acquamarine, Velireo, Baronie and Zagara: They have a small Giulette balcony type from here, but there is not enough space to sit.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Excellent accommodation in a central location. The apartment is really charming, on several levels linked by steps and includes a roof terrace. Very comfortable bed, good facilities. The owner, Luca, could not be more friendly and helpful. This made a huge difference to our stay.

Fabulous location in Ortigia right by the little pebble beach and a short walk to restaurants and bars. We had everything we needed and the air con worked well, which was important as it was so hot!Luca was an amazing host and gave us lots of really useful info about the town. Thanks to him we had a fabulous stay and he even checked in with us mid week to see that everything was going ok. Such a lovely man.

"Excellent base for exploring Ortigia"

The location was perfect for us, in a quiet street but very close to the beach, restaurants, cathedral and other sights. As other guests have commented,Luca, the host, couldn't be more helpful. He supplied information on the immediate and surrounding area.The apartment contained everything we needed for the week.

If I had to think of something it would be the mattress topper moved off the single mattresses.

The stay was amazing! Very responsive owner of the appartment. Distance to the beach was the nearest we ever had! Tasty food. And a lot of sightseeings to visit for. About restaurants, highly recommended Pindora and Peperosa
