Nothing at all - everything was perfect

Beautiful, well furnished apartment with all the comforts of home. Hair drier, washing machine, iron, coffee pot etc. Brilliant location 2 mins walk from the beach and 5 from the centre of Ortigia. Luca was the perfect host and gave us invaluable tips for local eateries and sights to visit. He really wanted to make sure our stay was perfect and it was!

One of the best apartments I ever had a chance to stay during my holidays! Apartment is decorated in a very stylish way, which fits the Sicilian atmosphere. Everything is clean, well equipped and stylish. Luca is an amazing host, who is willing to help in many situations! He made our stay in Ortigia even better, knowing we have someone we can always ask if we need to know anything, if it’s an information about public transport, or restaurant recommendations. The property is located 2 minutes away from the nearest beach, and many restaurants, shops, etc., so it’s very accessible by just few minutes walk. I loved my stay at the apartment and would definitely recommend it!

The beautiful historic character and location of the property. It was also spacious, cool in hot weather, comfortable and well equipped. We also received excellent and helpful information and support from Luca. We adored the little pebble beach a few steps from the front door and also loved being able to walk everywhere. Ortigia is STUNNING.

Nothing. If you had had windows open all night, you might have noticed the evening chat and cooking from a nearby restaurant. But windows were double glazed and the air conditioning was great, so perfectly easy to avoid this, and it wasn't especially late anyway. A lot of the time, the location was incredibly quiet and peaceful..and devoid of traffic noise (which was a joy)

Amazing. Very authentic place to stay. Perfect location. Our host Luca was one of our favourites. His communication and expections were very clear before our stay commenced. He helped co-ordinate both our departure and arrival. When helping us settle in , he provided so much advice and recommendations. He also check frequently and was genuine in knowing if we had the slightest concern or problem. He genuinely wants to make things right. Our stay was brilliant

Lucas our host is simply a gem. He went out of his way to welcome us and help us find the way. He gave us an incredibly thorough overview of the interesting points of this wonderful area. Truly passionate about his region. He explained with the utmost clarity all the features of the lodging. A precious host and a lovely person whom we cannot congratulate enough. The place is large, well equipped with a great attention to details. Everything is designed to make your life easy. The terrasse is great for leasurly daydreaming. You are right in the heart of beautiful Ortigia, a place so rich as it is rich in humanity.

Everything was perfect. Leaving that great place was the only hard thing :).

It was very near to the sea, to bars and restaurants. The windows and shutters kept out noise so we could sleep easily. The host provided a beautiful bottle of wine and lots of maps and ideas for places to visit.

Purely that we were very hungry when we arrived and the introduction from the host, although very useful was quite lengthy when we really wanted to get some food.

Beautiful loft-style apartment with lots of attention for detail in a historical building. Fully equipped kitchen offering everything we needed. Well situated, very near to a small beach and several good restaurants. The manager, Luca, is a very friendly guy, helpful and easy to reach.
