Kære Luca! Mange tak for lån af jeres dejlige sted i Ortigia! Vi havde virkelig nogle dejlige dage i din by; dejlige badeture, dejlig mad og vin og mennesker. Du var et interessant bekendtskab og vi fik et meget positivt indtryk af dig og af den person du er. Tak for det. Lejligheden var tip-top og alt var rigtigt godt. Skøn charmerende lejlighed med central beliggenhed ud til vandet og hyggelige Ortigia. Her følte vi os hurtigt hjemme. Der var masser af spændende kultur i gåafstand, fine butikker, gode restauranter og ikke mindst et skønt marked. Værten var meget sød og hjælpsom med gode ferietips.

Der er en del larm om morgenen fra skraldebiler mv.

Fantastiskt bra läge i Ortigia, perfekt med enbart några minuters promenad till havet. Lägenheten var mycket fräsch och innehöll allt man behöver för en härlig semester! Fina små balkonger där man kan sitta och äta frukost el dricka ett glas vin. Luca var den bästa värden man kan tänka sig, mötte upp oss när vi kom med bil och hjälpte oss att hitta parkeringsplats. Han tipsade oss om restauranger, stränder och andra utflyktsmåll, hjälpte oss att boka taxi till flygplatsen . Vi fick även en hembakad kaka och en flaska vin, vilket var mycket uppskattat. Precis bredvid boendet ligger Cala Piada som serverar piadinas och som vi gillade, kan även rekommedera Carnezzeria som låg vid street food market området. Fanns massor av andra bra ställen också. Ortigia är ett mycket trevligt resmål.

The location is excellent for visiting the points of interest in Ortigia and is close to many restaurants and bars. It is also very close to a bus stop and a small beach. Host among the kindest and most helpful we have ever met. The apartment is very well equipped with a suberb terrace for watching the sun go down. Would definitely recommend.

It was a very comfortable stay in a traditional Italian apartment. The owner gave us amazing tips and insights over what to do and see in Syrakus and the surrounding. We recommend this apartment 100%.

The property and Luca, the host, exceeded our expectations. In the heart of Ortigia the property is convenient for the "touristy" areas, but quiet for living. The terrace gave an added dimension to enjoying the climate. Luca went out of his way to answer all our queries, speaks good English and very friendly. I would unreservedly recommend this flat.

Nothing worth mentioning

We loved our stay here! The apartment was very sweet and comfortable with thoughtful touches, and offered us everything we needed for a relaxing (and very well located) week in Ortigia. Luca is the friendliest host, knowledgeable and helpful with all of our arrangements and questions, and had some great suggestions for places to visit, places to eat, etc. And the homemade tart was amazing! Heartily recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped — everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location was perfect, just a short walk from small city beaches, great restaurants, and shopping. Our host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, always available and eager to help with anything we needed. They genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience, and it really made a difference. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

We loved our stay here! This is a quirky apartment in a perfect location close to the sea. It was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was lovely to have a terrace where we spent a lot of time and fab to have the relief of the very effective air conditioning in the apartment. This is a family run business and Luca, our host, was so helpful and clearly really cares about guests enjoying their stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we come back to Ortigia.

Nothing - it was great!

First of all, the property itself is fully equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay. The laundry room came in very handy. Second, the apartment is conveniently located just a few steps away from a very clean beach Calla Rossa, and close by a lot of restaurants, and a bus stop which served us well when the weather was too hot to walk and get around. Finally, the host was very flexible and communicated precisely to us so that our arrival and departure were seamless. He gave a lot of recommendations for restaurants and sights that were very helpful.
