The Apartment was light and airy with a compact kitchen well stocked with utensils etc and lovely bathroom and shower. the bedroom had good storage for clothes and the bed was very comfortable. a bottle of wine and lovely homemade tart was a great welcome.

There was nothing that we didn't like. from the superb host to the apartment and and great organisation.Luca helped us with transport which made the trip so easy and gave lots of information to make the most of our time there.

Tout était idéal pour profiter pleinement de nos vacances et pour se reposer. Le lit est top est la chambre est au calme. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Lucas qui pense à tout pour nous faciliter l’exploration des alentours. On recommande vivement.

We ended up staying in another apartment than the one we book. It came available right before we got there and the host, Luca offered it to us. The apartment was spotless. Very large, had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right in Ortigia very near to the castle and restaurants. 5 minute to the Duomo. Luca, the owner could not have been more helpful and nicer. He spent time to explain the area to us,, restaurants, stores, markets banks beaches and many other key items. He even took us to the laundry to show us how to operate the dryer and the 3 washers. He even arranged out transportation to the train station when we left. We will 100% stay there the next time we are in Ortigia. Highly, highly recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect

The property was perfect, great location, great amenities and Luca could not have done anymore to make our stay flawless.

The apartment was a good size, had a very comfortable bed, and was quiet, considering the location. There was a good selection of cooking utensils in the kitchen, and the shared laundry room was impressive. We had an exceptionally attentive host, who made lots of good recommendations for our visit. The location could not have been better for a stay in Ortigia, with plenty to see, do, and eat, all within easy reach. On our arrival, our host welcomed us with a pie (baked by his mother) and a bottle of wine, which was a really nice gesture 😊

The studio apartment was in a very good location. Beautifully clean. Very comfortable bed Luca was incredibly helpful and attentive. Arranged out airport transfers. Gave us bar and restaurant recommendations Great restaurants in the street We will return !

Cute little apartment with roof terrace in old historical building with original well. Our host, Luca, was there to greet us on arrival and show us everything about the apartment itself and the local area. We spent a fantastic week in Ortigia and the surrounding area. The apartment is located in a quiet street close to lots of bars restaurants and shops with a lovely little shingle beach for swimming just 2 minutes away. Our host also helped us organise a wonderful day trip with the local taxi company to the Inspector Montalbano TV locations we wanted to see....superb🥰

Stairs to roof terrace a little steep and too hot to use in the daytime in September.

Lækker lejlighed - meget flot og helt perfekt med den flotte terrasse og beliggenhed med dejlig strand indenfor 3 minutters gågang. Havde en 9 måneder baby med og det var helt perfekt. Meget gæstfri og hjælpsom vært, som bare er der for sine gæster. Meget trygt. Kan kun varmt anbefale til alle - uagtet om man er familie, par eller noget tredje :-)
