Aspa Villas

The Location of this villas is perfect, 5 minute walk to the town center, bus stop just outside reception & a car rental place opposite (if needed). Rooms are cleaned daily, towels change daily and the facilities provided are excellent. The AC in the room was amazing after spending most of the day taking pictures in the beautiful heat. Our stay was in the first week of September at which point the weather is perfect. Oia is beautiful the walk behind the villa through all the side walks to the town center its picturesque , make sure you have a camera its going to run out of battery every day. You can easily get to Imerovigli, Finikia, Fira all from outside reception, From Fira you can get to the island an the local buses are cheap 2 euros to get around and they have AC! Nikoleta, will happily recommend places to visit, eat and will happily advise you on anything all with a smile! Overall our stay was memorable and we could not be happier with the Aspa Villas.

The hotel is more like a rental villa but they provide daily cleaning services. It was clean and in a great location. Nikoleta who owns the property was very friendly and helpful. She even gave us a beach bag with some towels in it to take to the beach one day.

Beautiful views from our rooftop deck! Bed was comfortable! Room was spacious! At first we couldn't figure out the A/C nor the drainage systems, but the hotel staff was very willing and friendly when it came to helping us! They provide you with beach towels to bring out of the hotel as well! Just about a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel will put you in the center of Oia!

Nice rooms with a pool and a hot tub. Rooms are self catering with all basic provisions, including orange juice and coffee. Staff are welcoming and keen to please. Helpful information in room to advise of sights and means of transport. Rooms consists of bedroom, kitchenette / dining and shower room. Rooms clean with wall safe, slippers and toiletries. Room balconies with private seating area as well as communal sun loungers around pool, with additional loungers in a shared terrace overlooking the sea. We were visiting friends in another villa, thought to be 15mins walk away having searched for information of the net, only to find it was next door 30 seconds away -real bonus. Steps up to entrance of rooms, which could be a disadvantage to those less able, however since much of the island requires steps up and down if you are less able to climb stairs Santorini is not perhaps best suited for you as a general destination. If your considering hiring transport to get around the island, having hired a car, in retrospect the use of a quad bike would rperhaps have been the better choice, parking being generally limited. The local bus service is another alternative providing the timetable works for you. Good time had by all, and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Good budget choice. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Only real issue is that it is located right next to main road into oia so can be very noisy at times

The whole family was so kind. They explained everything to me upon my arrival. They even lent me a Santorini tourist book. They fixed the water temperature for me without delay. Also, it was a rainy day, they offered me ride when I checked out the room. I really appreciated their effort. It was a good location. It takes few minutes walk to Oia shopping center and a bus to Fira is at the right front of the villas. Highly recommended.

Hotel owners Dimitris and Nikoleta were super nice. They sent us useful information including directions to the hotel and things to do before our arrival. The hotel room had a lovely scent and was clean. We were provided complimentary coffee, water, orange juice and cake roll in our mini fridge. The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance to all the tourist attractions in Oia. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel, from which you can take the bus to Fira.

Hotel was pleasant with a quaint small village feel. We were lucky that we got the room with a large private balcony overlooking the Mediterranean and a partial view of the cauldera sides of the island. Beautiful and relaxing. Staff was wonderful. Would stay there again.

the hotel has a nice location in Oia, the owners are very friendly and helpful, we booked a superior studio, the bed was not comfortable or clean, my wife got a rash from the bed covers
