We stayed here 5 nights. The owners ( Mrs Nikoleta and husband) will go above and beyond to make you feel like home. They recommend us amazing places to go to and provided us with maps, information; they also offered to book them for us as we don't speak any Greek. Also Mr Costa and the housekeeping lady (sorry I don t know the name) they were always friendly and ready to help you. Rooms are very spacious, spotless and equipped with everything that you need. First day that we have arrived the fridge was full with food (lasted us 5 mornings). The communal area where you can relax on the lounge beds and have breakfast or just a drink are BREATHLESS. Cannot recommend this place enough (already thinking to book for next year).
Location was great. Not too far from the main area but far enough for some privacy. Staff were faultless. Costas and Nikoleta were extremely helpful and very friendly. The Villa itself was great, the private terrace had beautiful views. Only down side was that the villa was located on a noisy road so a good nights sleep was a bit tricky. Other than that, a great stay, fridge was stocked with breakfast, a beach bag with towels was available and the room was very clean.
I loved everything about that place. Hotel, location, staff. The hotel is in Oia, which to my opinion is the best part of Santorini. It is 6-7 minutes walk from all restaurants, bars and stores. The hotel has a great terrace with the breathtaking view of Caledra. The owners are really nice also the other staff, very helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone. Loved it!

Hi I stayed 4 nights at Aspa Villas in Oia, the hotel is perfectly located near by the shops and restaurants and you also can get an amazing view of the clif and the sea. It is not a fancy hotel, but it is very cost effective and the service is great. I highly recommend it

Loved Aspa Villas! The only thing I found bothersome was the somewhat sticky floor that's been placed under the in room jacuzzi. They provided slippers though, so it was fine if you remember to wear them.

This was an amazing hotel! I loved everything about it, the room itself was a little outdated but that didn't matter. I had a wonderful little outdoor area right outside my room. The free breakfast foods, coffee and water in the room was amazing! The view was amazing and so was the wifi. It was a short 10 minute walk to the main part of Oia, awesome location. Nikoleta was amazing, she was so helpful with everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Oia.
