Perfect stay peaceful and clean with friendly staff and great location!!!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the views are amazing!! Even if you don’t book a room with a Caldera view, they have a beautiful shared patio with amazing Caldera views. Would highly recommend.

The hosts at Aspa Villas are the best part of the stay. So nice and helpful! They very thoughtfully provided breakfast basics and even a nice bottle of wine, which I greatly appreciated. They accepted feedback without getting defensive and go out of their way to assist you in any way. The location is great, but I didn’t realize that a Standard Studio would have no view and be right on the road with motor bikes, ATVs, buses and cars being a constant, noisy presence. You can also hear all the foot stomping and voices in the room above you. So take earplugs and a mask! Also, it is not explicitly stated, but you will want to use bottled water during your stay. The room was basic and comfortable with a good supply of hot water but rather weak pressure. The pool and spa needed cleaning so I didn’t use either. The terrace is wonderful with an exceptional view and is right on the hiking path between Fira and Oia. Having the market and bus stop right out front was a great convenience. The bottom line is that this room was a great value for the location.

I loved everything about that Hotel. The staff were all amazing, the location were more than I could had ever dreamed of. It was close to so the restaurants, groceries store, taxi station. And the best best part was the private terrace, I will always remember those beautiful sunset there. Thank you so much Aspa Villas!! <3

Nikoleta was so friendly and helpful! She responded to all of my emails and welcomed us at check in. She gave us a little map, the bus schedule and highlighted stops on the map which was amazing. Our room was super clean and the bed was so comfy. The fridge was stocked with goodies which was such a great surprise. I felt like I was staying in their home with such thoughtful details. This...view...is....breathtaking! Location, location,location is perfect. We ate at the restaurant right next door the entire weekend it was so so good! Its not traditional Greek food but we were exhausted and didn’t want to venture too far. At Aspa villa they treat you like guests in their home which I appreciated very much.

Good location with views of caldera from private balcony area. Friendly and helpful staff with complementary bread, juice, ham/cheese first day. 15min walk to Oia centre. Only downside was small room and bathroom, as well as soft bed.

We loved our stay here! The owners were so lovely and went above and beyond constantly! We loved the jacuzzi in the superior room- well worth the upgrade for your own gorgeous sunset view!!!! We even had our fridge stocked with wine, cheese and meat, yogurt, cookies and bread which was such a kind touch!!!

Great location , walkable to the shops and restaurants of oia , atv rental right outside , the absolute best staff so helpful and welcoming !

We stayed in villa one. This is on of the cheaper places. It was very clean and functional. The only disappointment is that it was next to the cleaning cupboard and we were woken every morning at 08:00, when the cleaner arrived. Issues re payment due to not realising that this hadn’t been taken on booking. The payment was taken after the stay, when I hadn’t realised it wasn’t taken at time of booking. Payment only taken once, but comms surrounding this were poor and defensive re suggestion about how to make experience better. Oia is great, but very exclusive and pricey.
