Stayed 2 nights & would stay there again. Walking distance to food, shops & the center of Oía. Room was great & staff was amazing. Kostas was there both days & is a very nice guy! He helped me a lot with directions & getting ahold of my tour guide.
We had a great time aspa villas costa the recepción guy helps us a lot with the jacuzzi temperature taking our Luggageup to our rooms this property is wonderful the views are amazing and you have your own Terrance with your private jacuzzi is only 5 minute walk to town there’s also a supermarket store down the street for shopping the hotel provides you with cheese bread ham and complementary wine for your stay coffee and tea this property is awesome I will definitely stay here again nikoleta was also awesome she gave us a whole Itinerary on what to do on the island
Nikoleta and Costas are both lovely and do what ever they can to make your stay special. They were also very proactive in helping out when the ferries couldn’t run by contacting us to make sure we knew and and altering arrangements. They also gave our room to another guest for the night who was equally stuck due to the ferries meaning we did not have to pay for the night we couldn’t get there while equally looking after the previous guest. The room was nice, but bathroom could do with an upgrade. Lots of really nice touches such as stocking the fridge for us when we arrived. The location is great with amazing views from the terraced, a short walk to main street and a bus stop right outside. I doubt you would get a better location without spending a lot more. We had a wonderful holiday here.

We had a wonderful stay at Aspa Villas. The staff was so kind and accommodating and the room was spotless and came with everything you need. The fridge was even stocked with various juices and breakfast items. The location was perfect, just a few minute walk into Oia, and the view from our room were amazing.

Absolutely amazing! They were super accommodating and helped set up transportation for us from the airport when we had an early flight (3:10am) and even had someone come to check us in and give us a tour at that early hour! Stay here! It has the best views and the nicest people!
This is a great property. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. Great view of the caldara from the property and an easy walk to lots of dining options. There is also parking a short walk away.
An incredible place to stay in Oia. Very clean and a superb location. Situated at the much quieter end of the town which in my opinion is definitely the best part to stay. The small group of Villas have a private lounging area overfacing the ocean with a breathtaking 180’ view, honestly, this view does not get much better. We practically had the whole place to ourselves during our 4 night stay and felt like our own private area, the pool is situated further back in a seperate area. The best view of the sunset is a short 1 minute walk (going away from the town) which much fewer people know about. This view overlooks the entire town, the sea on both sides, and the sunset. Unless your going to spend alot extra on a villa with a private pool on the mountain side, this place is the one!
