Aspa Villas

Our apartment at aspas villas was lovely, the owners put food and drinks in our room fridge for our arrival with a bottle of wine which I thought was a lovely touch, the room was cleaned every day to a high standard with lots of clean towels provided along with bathroom toiletries and the room had a lovely little balcony with a beautiful view, the room itself had air conditioning, a safe and a mini kitchenette along with satellite tv and was everything we could of asked for really. The swimming pool and sun loungers were lovely and the villas themselves are located in an excellent place just a short walk from Oia town center with many restaurants and shops within a few minutes walking distance, I couldn’t recommend this place high enough to be honest, was everything we wanted and more, thanks so much to Dmitri and Nikoletta for making our stay so enjoyable.

We stayed in the Superior Apartment that had a huge private terrace and hot tub with views looking out to Oia, Thirasia and even the oceans on the north side of the island. We absolutely loved our stay here. They stocked our fridge with food for breakfasts and wine (they don't restock it but there is a market across the street) and the kitchenette has all of the necessities you would need. We arrived on an early flight and got to the hotel around 8:30 a.m. and they said our room was ready and allowed us to settle in early which was so great! The entire staff at the front desk was extremely helpful from providing us beach towels, helping us with a catamaran tour of the island, letting us know that it was International Museum Day and which places allowed free entry and extended hours for the day. They were also great with helping us figure out where luggage storage was in Fira and which buses we should take to get to the airport on time. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel which is great. I would definitely stay here again. After seeing how close a lot of the tourist walking paths (and hiking trails) can be to so many of the hotels, their pools, balconies, etc. it made me so happy that we booked here (and the superior apartment) because it offered privacy away from the crowds but still put you close to everything you would want/need. Only drawback to our stay would be that the Wi-fi would go in and out.

I loved Aspa Villas. Nicoleta and Costas were just great people! We received a warm welcome and they were very attentive. The superior apt has a private terrace with a Jacuzzi and amazing views. I would stay here again!

Owner/manager very nice. Check-in and out was super easy and quick. When our plane was delayed room was left unlocked for us to access. Room was comfortable and snack were provided in mini fridge. Great view from back terrace. Nice quick walk to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again. Only a few downfalls during our stay: internet was suck and sometimes unavailable, tv service was unavailable almost our entire trip and the pools were all empty when we were there. The weather was on the cool side so we most likely would not have used the pools even it had water.

We stayed three nights at Aspa Villas in September, 2017. It was all we hoped it would be -- clean, cool and comfortable, with a fabulous view of the Caldera, sea and volcano from our sun terrace. Sometimes, after a week or two of travelling, it's the small details that count for an especially happy stay. We were really impressed that Katerina (owner manager) not only provided basic food supplies, drinks and treats, but facilities for a little hand washing and excellent housekeeping service. She, and her family, also provided helpful information about restaurants, bus and taxi services. We appreciated that Aspa Villas anticipated our needs and offered pick-up service from the ferry and taxi to the airport.

Great hotel with a warm welcome and good size clean room The hotel itself is at the end of the path into OIA and as a fantastic terrace to watch the sunset and relax. The room was huge 2 bed apartment with a mezzanine floor as the second bedroom, beds were comfy and the whole place was really clean and tidy, the balcony had a great view over oia and was a fantastic place to enjoy and eat breakfast on. Breakfast was provided I the fridge in the room with Yoghurts, spreads, bread, fruit juices, honey, cheese and Ham, there was far to much for 2 people! it was all delicious though and doubled up as lunch. The staff were very friendly and informative about the are and helped arrange a transfer to the airport for us. there is a mini market across the road for drinks, water snacks ect

Wandurfull staff, good location, had very good time, just awesome!

Great staff couldn't do enough for you. Really lovely having a fridge full when you get there even a bottle of wine. Always clean towels daily and at the pool.
