Maleducazione da parte dello staff della colazione. Ci hanno quasi sbattuto fuori appena finito di consumare la colazione.

Lovely house, 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre and railway station Lady on reception was very nice Street nearby with pubs restaurant and shops so don’t need to go into the city in the evenings Room was very clean Plenty of tea coffee etc

Room had far to much furniture in it would be far more functional with less No fan in the bathroom Why a microwave?

Everything really! The room, location, the decor were all very good! The ensuite shower was excellent and the staff and owner were first class. Breakfast was enjoyable and I would certainly recommend it and stay there again!

Quite common with many establishments, if you stay one night you get a bottle of water but if you stay 2 nights there is no water on the second night? No big deal but when you are in the midlle of a heatwave it would have been nice!

Chester court is excellent value for money. The accommodation is on a par with some of the higher end hotels we have stayed in, while also keeping its warm, friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast is included, which is a big bonus.

We vonden de kamer erg fijn, zelfs met de warmte was het heel lekker in onze grote 3 persoonskamer, omdat je goed kon ventileren. De inrichting was bijzonder smaakvol met bijzondere elementen. Een fijn gesprek gehad met de eigenaar.Hij was erg verwelkomend. De dag erop zag ik dat hij zelf aan het stofzuigen was. Hij was ook niet te beroerd om zelf een hand uit te steken als er minder personeel was.

De douche was niet fijn. Hij werd even warm en dan weer koud binnen korte tijd, en dan was er geen straal water meer. Weer opnieuw en weer hetzelfde probleem. Ik kon er eigenlijk mijn lange dikke haar niet wassen, terwijl ik daar wel op gerekend had.

Room was lovely, beautiful decor, plenty of tea, coffee, milk etc. Bathroom was a great size. Bed extremely comfortable.

Location just a little bit too far from the city centre for us. Not too keen on the breakfast arrangements, had to sit outside the dining room til a table became free. The cooked breakfast was self serve, apart from the eggs which you had to order separately and came on a different plate 🤔🤔

Location - OK. You can walk into the centre 20-30 mins. Some good local stuff near guest house, like nice pubs. Breakfast - Superb. Eggs and Coffee served fresh to order. Other bits are self serve: Toast, Porks, Mushroom etc., Fruit, pastry , more. Parking - Easy. You can use both car parks. Mid afternoon many spaces. Staff - Lovely Fan provided and needed as room was really warm (was during heatwave). These lovely old buildings really keep the heat in. No fault of owners.

Didn't even realise Alarm clock was there until it went off at 6am. Loud, unpleasant. Shouldn't have to check to see if alarm clocks are set when I come to a hotel room. Not sure why modern hotels need them given that devices all have them. Small blight on an overall good stay. Sunday morning breakfast was busy and had to come back 30 mins later. Not major, just unlucky timing at peak.
