Chequers Inn Hotel

Beliggenheten er veldig bra. Pga oppussing serverte de ikke mat, men det er gode kafeer like ved. Det var også veldig greit med parkering. Sengene var kjempegode og badet var rent og fint.

Noen utfordringer med rommene vi bestilte, vi var 5 personer, og det var ikke helt match med enkel- og dobbelsenger. Men vi fikk god hjelp og det ordnet seg. Må vel nevne at det var mye fiksing og oppussing den langhelgen vi var der, men tross det hadde vi et fint opphold.

Very run down. Room dirty and cold. Dirty toilet, no toilet paper, only 1 towel for 2, dirty carpet & dust everywhere - however, staff quickly fixed most things right away when requested. Needs a new mattress on the bed and decorating.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Chequers Inn. Great location, comfy beds, very friendly staff, very cosy bar with real fireplace. Very good value for money. Certainly will be coming back again. Thank you!

Nothing. Didn't take any food wasn't offered any option. All fixtures and fittings in poor condition. Damaged towel rail in bathroom, all tiling and grouting very poor.

The comfortable, clean bed and hot shower were nice. Room was quiet

The hotel has the potential to be lovely but it desperately needs investment and TLC. Everything is tired, shabby and scuffed, but the more pressing issue is that cleanliness isn't up to scratch. My bathroom hadn't been cleaned (it was then quickly cleaned when I pointed this out) and there was dust on surfaces, There is no kitchen, though food can be delivered from nearby restaurants. A good location though.
