Nothing stayed 2 nights just to get a better hotel but paid the full stay Please don't recommend this to nobody

The staff

They have to take you photo when check in, as we are going to get an ID 🤔 that’s make it little uncomfortable and if you refuse they tell you go no room for you which make no sense

The key rooms are given are the reception desk. Is both a residential apartment and a hotel so it can be confusing on arrival.

It didnt have a helper with the luggage.
