The location is perfect, right next to the mall and supermarket, and the apartments are big and comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful.

It takes time for the hot water to come out and there is low hot water pressure. Kitchen appliances need to be upgraded.

"Me cobraron $150 multa por fumar en un baño de ell"

Me informaron que no podía fumar en el área del edificio de elote salí a fumar a la calle pero tampoco había letrero departamento que indique que no se puede fumar arbitrariamente Me cobraron $150 multa por fumar en un baño de ellos arriba en mi habitación y a tu vez tú la recepción me dices esperando 45 minutos antes de dejarme entrar a la habitación y la persona fue muy de corte me dijo que se había caído el sistema

Excelente ubicacion, la gente nuy amable y servicial, solo que te tocan la puerta muy temprano para la lavanderia y el wifi falla bastante, pero siemprr estan dispuestos a repararlo..pero tiene intermitencias
