Es un apartamento grande. Cómodo y bien equipado Buen servicio de limpieza y atención.

Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas, la calidad de atención del personal es excelente, muy amables y atentos a todos nuestros requerimientos en especial la atención de Camilo.

Good location. Good facilities. Comfortable room and bed. The place is clean and has what is required for a nice stay.

Upon arrival I discovered that even if entitled to not to pay taxes, my stay ended up costing me 19% more. The receptionist, Elkin Betancourt was not only not willing to listen but he was also uncourteous and argumentative. They were requesting an immigration stamp on my passport. Unfortunately, putting a stamp on a passport is a practice that tends to discontinue not only in Colombia but all over the world. This hotel will have to update their procedure to avoid this to happen.

It is clean, the staff is very friendly, good breakfast, and the location is great.

There was one door that wasn't working properly.

Poor breakfast selection health wise. Large use of plastic for hot items like water meant it had an off taste.

The wifi was beyond terrible. Although we could connect to it after troubleshooting it, we were never able to get a signal strong enough to load a website or even send emails. This is totally unacceptable at this time in age. We had to pay for the whole stay upfront and it was non-refundable or else we would have left after the first night. The windows are thin and there is a lot of road traffic noise late into the night and starting very early in the morning making sleeping difficult. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels.
