This is our second time staying at this beautiful, gorgeous palace! Such a stunning part of old town in Lisbon. Always such a magical experience- this time for our honeymoon! They gave us a lovely upgrade to a suite, because of our honeymoon and missing the first night of our stay because of a missed flight. Thank you so much, Francisco and Xavier for the prompt communication!

We had the most amazing 2 weeks in Lisbon . Javier , Francisco , Emerson .. make us feel at home in this beautiful Palace .. the breakfast is delicious.. can’t wait to come back , thank you 🙏🙏🙏

Lovely hotel . Amazing old building and staff went above and beyond. It has only 6 bedrooms so service is very personal and professional

This is a small palace with 6 spatious and clean rooms, some of them facing the river. A few steps away from Rossio / Pza do Comercio. The design is quite eclectic but cool. Not noisy, if we compare to other "hotel particulier" samples. Nice staff and outstanding breakfast included. The only regret is the lack of lift and parking.

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay somewhere that’s a world away from the standard, boring boxes of hotel chains. Totally quirky with exceptional service, we absolutely loved it!

I don't often review although travel broadly and frequently. This place was among the upper 2 percent I've stayed. Its an oasis of calm and civilization in middle of aflame. Perfect location. Beautiful restored old home. Beyond my expectation. Only negative at all is, depending on where room is, stairs can be steep for an older person and should be aware of it. Beatiful place and perfect location.

Amazing place, only 6 suites. Service is incredible and the breakfast excellent. Only downside is parking if you have a car but not a reason to skip it.

Lovely hotel. Great service, very clean. Xavier, Ricardo and Bruno were all wonderful. Great Alfama location. However, If you have any mobility issues, this hotel is not for you. They need to add an elevator.
