Amazing hotel, design, service, the breakfast is to die for, can be served in the room. Location is perfect for night walks around the city center!

Beautiful palace turned small hotel! Loved the location in Alfalma near the River, and also very close to Baixa and Chialdo. Service is excellent and breakfast is unbeatable. Xavier helped navigate my bags to car rental on departure and even packed a yummy lunch for travel day. Thank you to everyone at Palacete Charafiz who made my first trip to Lisbon very special!!

A magical stay in a historic home. Just 6 huge rooms with beautiful views, a luxurious home that will take you back. With stained glass windows and palatial dining rooms. The breakfast was also spectacular. There loads of stairs and access to the hotel is not easy, again many stairs, but it really adds to the charm of this hotel. It was relaxing, no one was in a hurry, you felt warm and welcome. I would keep coming back. Very conveniently located near everything.

A very luxurious and elegant hotel with a panoramic view of the Tagus River.

This hotel does not offer any services. They do not have bellman or anyone to help you carry your luggage. They have long staircases and as a women it is very upsetting that a 5 star hotel would be unable to offer these services.

Unique property, rooms are whimsical and funky, but it was a good use of an existing large room dimensions. For us, it was a lot of unused space. The stairs both going up to the property and within the property were very challenging with the suitcases. Definitely not for the physically challenged. Vehicles can not drive up to the entrance. No elevators, Definitely not recommended for people with back or leg issues. Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast and brunch was simple yet elegant and good quality; and whether outside with a view or indoors with graceful room design, it was a feast for the eyes.
